By accessing or using the services provided by Skyline IT & Cloud ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Skyline IT & Cloud provides website design, e-commerce development, mobile app development, SEO, brand promotion, cloud hosting, and social media management services. All services are subject to the specific terms outlined in your project agreement or proposal.
3.1 Deposits & Milestones: All projects require a 50% deposit before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery. For the Scale package, we offer a 3-payment milestone structure (33% deposit, 33% at mid-point, 34% on completion).
3.2 Monthly Services: Hosting, maintenance, and social media management fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.
3.3 Currency: All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
4.1 Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we fail to begin work within the agreed timeframe, you may request a full refund of your deposit.
4.2 Completed Projects: Upon final delivery and acceptance, no refunds are issued. We provide a 14-day warranty period for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
4.3 Monthly Services: Monthly fees are refundable within 7 days of payment if no work has been performed. After services have been rendered, no refund is available.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith: Launch package (2-3 weeks), Growth package (3-4 weeks), Scale package (6-10 weeks). Delays may occur due to client feedback response times or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
You agree to provide all necessary content, images, logos, and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for third-party assets you provide.
7.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered website, app, designs, and custom code are transferred to you. We reserve the right to retain a copy for portfolio and backup purposes.
7.2 Our Tools: Any proprietary frameworks, libraries, or tools developed by us remain our intellectual property, with a perpetual license granted to you for use with your project.
7.3 Third-Party Assets: Any third-party fonts, images, or plugins used are subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any attribution requirements.
8.1 Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. For websites and apps, we provide a 30-day warranty for defects after launch.
8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline IT & Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If terminated by you after work has commenced, the deposit is retained and you will be billed for any work completed beyond the deposit amount. We may terminate services immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Durban, South Africa.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
