The Beginning

Skyline IT was born in a lecture hall at Rosebank College, Durban - 2025. As an IT in Business Systems student, I watched local businesses struggle with technology that was either too expensive, too complicated, or simply not built for the South African market.

So I started building. First a website for a local spaza shop. Then an e-commerce store for a township tailor. Then an entire digital agency helping Durban businesses get online. But I realised one company couldn't do everything well - so I built a holding company instead, with specialised subsidiaries tackling different problems.

Skyline IT & Cloud handles digital services. Mzansi Connect builds IoT hardware. Circuit Forge engineers electronics. We've also built websites for clients - like VALOW., a streetwear brand. StudySync helps students learn together. Each brand and client project serves a different need - but all share one DNA: South African built, quality driven, and made for the people who need it most.

Every brand under Skyline IT started the same way - someone had a problem, and I believed I could solve it. From building websites for local businesses at Rosebank College, to launching IoT devices for township spaza shops, to designing streetwear that speaks to a generation's struggles and ambitions.

None of this would be possible without the belief that South African talent can compete on any stage. We don't need to copy Silicon Valley - we need to build for Soweto, for Durban, for Mzansi. That's what Skyline IT is about.
